Ok, we all know western style "cowboy" boots can be a work of art! Why not tuck yore pants in, and show em off in a pair of our hand made, hand lasted work boots! These work boots are the best you can get for comfort and durabilty. As you can see, there is a prominent spur shelf on the heel, so that means no more slipping spurs when you need that spur. You will notice the lack of "mule ears" replaced with pull holes. This is the "Buckaroo" style. Buckaroo is an aglicization of the Spanish word vaquero, or one who manages cattle from horseback. You will also notice that the boot heel is set well ahead of the side seam. This strengthens arch support as well as a proper stirrup fit.
If you turn the boot over, you will notice wood pegs on the instep. Each peg is hand set with an awl and hammer. No two boots will have them in the exact same spot. Although it may seem an imperfection, it means perfection in a handmade boot.
